We are aware that as of 10/23/2007 that most users will be experiencing connectivity issues with iRO and the website.

Some signs of this are:

Unable to patch promptly
Latency
Disconnections

This issue is a routing issue at this point due to key internet routes being down. At this time we do not have an estimate on when those issues will be resolved nor what the initial cause was. Be assured that the maintenance crews responsible are working on the issue, and automatic rerouting is starting to take place so connectivity is still possible (albeit slower than normal).
