Attention Users,

We would like to announce a chance to de-card any Maestro and Magical Immunity Headgears of their Carat and Gibbet Cards!

The reason for this chance, is that those cards are having their effects updated to the intended functionality. When the Carat and Gibbet cards were implemented last year there was an unintended feature that could occur if they were compounded onto Slotted Mid Gear (typically slotted Sunglasses). To remedy this issues most RO versions, including iRO, changed the effect to not take into account what upgrade level the Top Gear was upgraded to.

The issue with the upgrade level has been resolved and we will be implementing the intended card effects of both the Carat and Gibbet Cards on November 7th`s maintenance.

The current effect of the cards are:
젨잺arat Card (Maestro)젨젨젨젨젨젨젨젨젨젨젨 +2 Int & +3sp/job level
젨쟃ibbet Card (of Magical Immunity)젨 +5 Mdef if base Int is less than 20

All current and future Carat and Gibbet Cards will be updated to the intended effect of.
젨잺arat Card (Maestro)젨젨젨젨젨젨젨젨젨젨젨 +2 Int & if the Headgear is +9 or higher +150sp
젨쟃ibbet Card (of Magical Immunity)젨 +5 MDef if the Headgear is +6 or less.

This means that any of these cards that are compounded in a Mid Head gear or in a not properly upgraded top gear will lose their bonus attributes after November 7th. Due to this we will be offering to de-card such gears (compounded with Carat or Gibbet cards ONLY). Equipment will be returned in their original upgraded state and cards will be separated and available for use again.

To do this we will need you, the user, to do the following. Place those gears that will be negatively affected by this change onto a character, and leave them there until they are de-compounded.

Any requests after November 17th will be denied.

It may take some time to complete all requests as they will be done by hand and in order of request. You most likely will not receive an email reply for successful decompoundings, as this would slow down the process. Requests sent to the GM mailing service WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
