The first 64 teams that apply properly will be entered into the tournament. Disqualifications due to players being on multiple teams may result in new openings. We will be checking for multi-clienting across teams, any instance of such will result in team disqualification, it is the leader's responsibility to be sure that a player is ONLY playing on their team.

• Each team will be 7 members fighting. At most only 1 of each class may be on your "battle team". Please review the team class restrictions.
• Alts, are allowed, but may not buff the team or enter the Fighting arena. If you are short handed that is unfortunate but we cannot wait for members to show up, a DQ or playing short handed will be required. This is a simulation of RWC, which no delays are possible.
• Participants need to download the Sakray client, and use their own account to login and make a character.
• In the novice Training ground the first NPC you see will ask you to make the choice of USRC training.
• An NPC will help you level up to the appropriate level and then push you into the Event Izlude area.
• Each character will be level 90/60 assumed to have switched at job 50, with the exception of High Wizard, Champion, Sniper, and High Priest that will be level 85/60.
• USRC will be using pre-Renewal Game settings, and WoE physics.
• Equipment will follow the RWC restrictions, all gear will be provided by the USRC NPCs on Sakray (see the Item availability list)
• Skill reset, stat reset, hairstyle, equipment and safe upgrade level for equipment will all be provided by the NPCs in the Event Izlude.
  *Name changes and gender changes will not be done
• Your team leader will have an Emperium and should make a guild and get the team in it, using the accepted Guild Icon that the leader submitted.
• Your team must be all in the same party AT ALL TIMES.
• The event coordinator will be "shouting" in the event Izlude to get the attention of appropriate teams.
• Two matches will run at a time, One in Room "A" and the other in Room "B" .
• When your team is called to battle the 1st team announced will be "Home Team" the 2nd will be "Away Team"

Only teams fighting currently should be in the Battle rooms A and B, if you wish to practice there are other PVP rooms to use.
The matches will run quickly so the teams need to restock and prepare for the next match right after their previous match is complete.
Sakray will be made available for players to setup their character on their own account in Event Izlude. Practice and the matches will be conducted there.
Practice will be allowed beforehand using the actual event setup and your own characters, so practice often and be ready for the tournament beforehand.
The first match will begin promplty at 10:15am on Saturday. All setup should be handled by your team before hand.
You will be allowed 2 minutes to restock between battles, but if less time is needed then the battle will resume as quickly as possible.
Once a team is eliminated from the tournament they will be asked to sell all gear back to NPC and reset the stats and skills.
Then logout, this is so the tournament can stay organized, a GM will contact you regarding this so please follow the directions.
The tournament day will be conducted using a best of 3 system up until the Semi-Finals where it will be best of 5.
Due to resource limitations the matches will be recorded by player volunteers.

If the tournament is significantly delayed or unfinished by 9pm Saturday we will continue the tournament on the Following Saturday. This should not happen, but it is possible.
