Help Charles the Chocolate Factory Owner in retrieving his stolen Cacao Beans from Sweets Drops, so his sweet shop can operate during the sweets festival.

You'll be warped immediately to each town after talking with all the Sweet Shop manager.
Get back to him after you send all the Chocolate to every Sweets Shops in every town mentioned to receive 20 Sweets Coin.
You can repeat this quest at 4 a.m. the next day.

Go to North Prontera and talk with Garnish Lorenzo.
She will ask you to fill the basket of candies for her son.
