Attention Users, this announcement is to inform you we are aware of the current problems in prontera and the fields surrounding them. Please be patient while we work on our servers to correct these issues ASAP. Please make sure you do not portal to or around prontera fields or you may be disconnected. Accounts that are not able to login due to saving or logging off in one of the surrounding Prontera fields, please be patient as we are addressing this issue. Stat Reset/Item Restoration are not provided

Hello this is iRO GM. During Beta Period we won't provide you any special services such as re-distributing/resetting Stat Points or restoring lost items. Beta Period means the infant staged game which could have critical problems and is not perfectly produced. Even though several RO versions have been launched and running as commercial services,iRO hasn't been accomplished completely. Also you are beta testers who have duty to take charge of testing this game,under risk of losing some game articles. Please do not ask about the Stat Redistribution/Item Restoration. Can we keep our characters for the next service?

Hello this is iRO GM. It seems most of people have been wondering about the future plan of iRO which possibly could start after this closed beta service. Here are few answers about those inquiry. 1.Can we keep our characters for the next service? -Yes,definately we will keep all datas including characters after this closed beta. 2.Will Gravity charge us again for the next service? -Everything related to the future of iRO hasn't been arranged yet. We will let you know when we determine all requirements. 3.Will Gravity enforce to commercialise right after this closed beta service? -We don't have any specific commercial plan yet. 4.Will Gravity increase more servers for iRO? -Yes we will consider to increase more servers when iRO's regarded as being stablised and when we set every details requirements for the next service. 5.Will Gravity provide us any special NPCs such as Stat Re-distributor in the future? -Sorry but we can't give you the definite answer about this question. We hope you will be satisfied with these answers and GM won't respond on the inquiry about them from now on.Thank you. iRO GM Team, Gravity Corp.

Happy New Year, this is iRO GM Team. We determined to re-open the registration page for 1 more week, due to the big request from other fans who haven't got the chance to participate this Closed Beta. For registration,Please read details below carefully. (All time lines indicate GMT +9 Seoul, Korea Time.) Registration Start: 11:00 Jan 6 Registration Close: 11:00 Jan 13 Registration Conditions: *Minimum Server Maintenance Fee 10 USD *Only Credit Card(VISA,AMEX,JCB,MASTER) is available for the payment Other cards such as Debit card with VISA mark are not allowed. Also GM team won't respond on the inquiry about the payment method. *One Credit Card Numbers can not be used for multiple accounts. *iRO has been running as the closed beta service and will be ended at Feb 17,2003. *In case of false personal information submitted, we will terminate the account even though it's been paid. *In case of underaged customers, you can use your parents' Credit Card with express permission. And please enter your personal information such as Gender, Name on the registration page and on the payment page as well, Do not enter your parents' one. Even if you entered wrong gender or name we would not correct them. *Keep your payment approval numbers or credit card numbers(without last 4 digits) for further request while you're playing. If it's possible please print the payment screenshot when you successfully finish to pay the server maintenance fee. *Keep your all personal information for further request. We won't provide you any self-modification service for your account during the closed beta period. *We will keep your account and characters for further service.
