Extension of the Halloween Gift

We are going to extend the Halloween Gift Package until
the 17th of November, also we are extending the Gift Package
giveaway for Puchasing 5200 or 10400 point packages.
During this coming week from November 10-17 all items
that are possible to receive from the lucky box will be made
account bound. This is a measure to prevent fraud and ultimately
to preserve the value of the items in-game.
Discover Credit Card Purchases

At this time Discover Card purchases are currently disabled as a payment option for any Ragnarok Online services until further notice.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and advise users who pay with Discover Cards to use Pay-Pal in the meantime to make purchases.
More information will be provided with if and when we plan on reactivating Discover Card payments.

Starting this morning at 12:01am November 3 - November 10 2pm PST we are offering Lucky Boxes to purchases of 5,200 and 10,400 Kafra points.
5,200 Point Purchase - 2 Lucky Boxes
10,400 Point Purchase - 5 Lucky Boxes
Multiple purchases will result in multiple Lucky Boxes. Please note that we will process the prior day`s purchases in the afternoon and add the items to the account. This means that Friday-Sunday purchases will all be taken care of on Monday.
WoE Disabled temporarily

We are currently still stress testing the new billing system and due to the instabilities it is making WoE a less than fun prospect for our community.
For now, October 20, we are disabling all WoEs on all servers. WoE won`t happen and access into the castles will not be possible. This will remove guild dungeon and treasure access while the WoE maps are disabled.
We will have WoE on Sakray at 4pm everyday, and run some contest with it intermittently.
We do regret these unfortunate game play problems and the less than stellar WoE situation. We will continue to work on this until it is resolved.
